Bruce has a long history in psychosocial services with training in Critical Incident Stress Management. He’s committed to organizational and personal excellence with expertise in operations management, donor relations, strategic planning, service delivery and community engagement.

Renowned for her expertise in PTSD, trauma, and brain health, Dr. Seraphine specializes in applied neuroscience for workplace mental health and trauma recovery. She boasts over two decades of invaluable experience in mental health education, advocacy, and leadership. Notably, Dr. Seraphine is the developer of Neuro-Rhythmic Trauma Therapy (NRTT Method), and the developer and trainer for BC Borstal’s "Hope After Trauma Academy."
